Individual Play Therapy
Play Therapy is a Therapeutic service which supports the emotional well-being of a child or young person. Play therapy allows for the person to express themselves in their own way, particularly if they are struggling to understand their own emotions and are finding to put these feelings into words. Play is the main form of this therapy, by using this method it is allowing the child or young person to explore their thoughts and feelings and express themselves through creative medias. There are a range of resources used in Play Therapy such as: drawing and painting, clay, sand and miniatures, music, drama and puppetry. This is an integrative, child-centred approach using the Play Therapy Dimensions Model.
Group Play Therapy

Group play therapy is a therapeutic approach where children engage in play activities within a group setting to express their emotions, improve social skills, and work through any challenges. Led by a play therapist, the sessions allow children to interact with peers, fostering cooperation, communication, and problem-solving. Through guided play, children can explore their feelings, process experiences, and develop coping strategies in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. The group dynamic helps them learn to navigate relationships and express themselves in ways that might be difficult through words alone. This is usually delivered in schools.

Creative Arts Therapy
Creative arts therapy is mainly for pre-teens and teenagers. This is a therapeutic approach that uses various forms of artistic expression such as drawing, painting, music, drama, and dance, as well as incorporating resources such as sand, puppets and games to help adolescents explore and communicate their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Like play therapy, it provides a nonverbal outlet for self-expression, which can be especially beneficial for teenagers who may struggle to articulate their feelings. Through the creative process, teens and pre-teens can gain insight into their inner worlds, build self-awareness, and develop coping skills. The therapeutic environment encourages personal growth, emotional healing, and increased resilience, while fostering a sense of autonomy and creativity in navigating life's challenges.
